- You have the right to cancel your course enrolment within 14 days of the purchase date. This is in line with the right to return policy, giving you peace of mind and flexibility.
- If you cancel within this 14-day period, you will receive a full refund of the course fee.
How to Request a Refund

- Please provide your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for your cancellation.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Course Commencement and Materials
- If the course has already commenced or you have accessed any course materials, your right to a refund within the 14-day period may be limited. We assess these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
- Digital course materials that have been downloaded or accessed are considered used and may not be eligible for a refund.
