• If you cancel within this 14-day period, you will receive a full refund of the course fee.

• Please provide your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for your cancellation.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Course Commencement and Materials

• If the course has already commenced or you have accessed any course materials, your right to a refund within the 14-day period may be limited. We assess these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
• Digital course materials that have been downloaded or accessed are considered used and may not be eligible for a refund.
