A fascinating insight into the world of nutrition and gut health. Thoroughly enjoyed learning all there is to know with Sofi’s expertise and knowledge. A wonderful teacher who is passionate to educate and help others make better nutritional choices. Everything I have learned has been (and continues to be) put into practice. This course really changed my life. After having my baby I noticed I became more bloated easily and I was very sensitive to certain foods.
