The Basic Course has been designed to stop confusion and bust well known myths around nutrition. Crafted by myself, THE BASIC NUTRITIONIST, the course provides you with the hard facts and nutritional knowledge that we are not often taught.
Who is it for?
THE BASIC COURSE is suitable for anyone looking to change their health or achieve a health goal, such as: Weight loss, reduce inflammation, reduce IBS symptoms, improve energy levels, improve mood/ mental health, reverse type 2 diabetes, reduce waist circumference, improve overall health of themselves and family.
How does it work?
- 4 week course, 1 session per week
- 1.5 hours per session
- All sessions hosted on Zoom
- Time for questions
- Limited spaces for more interaction

A fascinating insight into the world of nutrition and gut health. Thoroughly enjoyed learning all there is to know with Sofi’s expertise and knowledge. This course really changed my life. After having my baby I noticed I became more bloated easily and I was very sensitive to certain foods.
